I must have the Breaker’s anointing
As I try to guide and teach
For only by the power of God
Breaking through into lives
Can the wall of darkness be breached.
So I ask Holy Spirit that you will come
And fill everyone in full measure
That each may be flooded with fullness divine

All the seeds of spiritual fruit
Were planted in me at new birth
But they all need to be watered
Just as seeds planted in earth.
As the Holy Spirit takes control
These seeds quietly start to grow
Producing lots of wonderful fruit
As the spiritual sap starts to flow.
All I must do is remain attached
To the True Vine, Jesus the Lord
And the best way I can stay in touch
Is by prayer and reading God’s Word.
I can never by effort produce any fruit
But by resting in God’s love
The Holy Spirit will produce in me
Fruit that I’m unaware of.
Oh,how I would love the wings of a dove
Then I would fly away, find a place to rest
Fly away in my distress
To the quiet of the wilderness.
I know the dove is a symbol of peace
I wonder it it can bring release
Give me freedom from all this pain
That is once more overwhelming me again.
The dove represents the Holy Spirit
Who can guard my heart and mind
Comfort me and through whom I can find
The deep, lasting peace I crave.
Please Lord hear my desperate prayer
The cry from my wounded heart
Answer me now as I come to you
Cause my anguish to depart.
Give me the soul peace you promise
Through the Holy Spirit’s power
Pour it to overflowing in me
I await the enabling shower.

A craving for the pure spiritual milk
That I might grow up in the Lord.

The Holy Spirit will satisfy me
And my salvation will develop
Into full spiritual maturity.

When I’m lost for words
I ache inside
I have no strength to pray
The Holy Spirit intercedes
He is the One who finds the way
With groans too deep for words
Helps me from my heart to share
Turning my sighs into true prayer.

A glove may look quite lovely
Lying on the table with pride
But really has no life in it
Until there’s a hand inside.
I may look quite lovely
On the outside where people see
But I won’t have any real life until
The Holy Spirit is living in me.

To witness faithfully

Of meeting & speaking to God face to face
For as you spend time with Jesus your Lord
You will have something the world cannot afford
Your knowledge of Him will daily increase
And you’ll communicate God’s love, joy & peace

How can it be
