When God’s light shines
It dispels all shadows
Reveals hidden things
Sees unshed tears
Casts out all doubt
Removes nagging fears.
God’s light can penetrate
The darkest of hearts
Exposing the sin
Concealed within.
But His light is always laced with love
And so He sent His Son from above
As a baby born in humility
Bringing light and love to humanity.
