Looking at a picture composed of dots
Whilst standing very near
Each dot had little meaning
The picture was very unclear
In fact it seemed quite meaningless
But then a quiet voice in my ear
Said, “Just step back and you will see
How there is meaning in unity.
As I stepped back and looked again
From this perspective I could see
How all the dots joined together
To form a picture of great artistry.
The lesson I learned from this picture
Is that although I am only one
When joined together with others
A great masterpiece can be spun.
