“Instead of trying to figure things out
As my rays of peace fall upon you
They’ll disperse all your worries and doubt.
You sometimes get busy and drift away
Turn around, lean on me and you will see
Everything will be all right
For I designed you to commune with me.
To let my living water flow through
You must stay close, ear attuned
Then you’ll bask In the warmth of my peace
From all worldly expectation immuned.
Don’t try to seek the approval of others
This is not my way for you
But look to me for your inspiration.
Then just do what I ask you to do.
If you always stay in touch with me
Constantly seeking my face
You’ll have an answer for those who criticise
My Spirit supplies words of grace.
Never forget I love you so much
I willingly died for you
So always stay close; keep in touch
For I love communing with you.
