Mountains of uncertainty
Valleys of dark shadow
Uneven paths
That twist and turn.
Scary woods
Thick undergrowth
Brambles and briars
That entangle and scratch.
The journey of life
Is difficult
With pitfalls
Round every bend
But
If I keep my eyes
Focused upward
I shall get there
In the end.
