God’s love has no beginning
Nor does it have an end
God’s love is everlasting
On this I can depend.
He loves with such great passion
He sent His Son to die for me
And by Christ’s crucifixion
He paid my penalty.
The punishment for all my sin
Is forever wiped away
Now I can come before Holy God
Without fear on judgement day.
Yes I can stand with confidence
I need never be afraid
For God’s perfect love expels all fear
All my debts are eternally paid.
Since God loves us so very much
We too must love one another
Then the full expression of God’s love
Will be seen in our sister and brother.
So daily as I live in love
God comes to live in me
And as I continue to live in Him
His perfect love expressed I shall see.
