In the world so little peace to be found
I need to ask from deep within me
My Father please give me your eyes to see
That this world is yours and ever will be.
Although man has behaved so dreadfully
You are ready to forgive and offer peace
A calmness of spirit that never will cease
And although all around is war and strife
A tranquil quietude can fill my life.
