Bless me Lord with tears
Tears to shed
For those mourning their dead
For people in pain
Those who are suffering
Again and again.
Bless me Lord with courage
Courage to fight
Injustice and oppression
Exploitation.
Bless me Lord with wisdom
Wisdom to know
That I may share
Have answers
For those who are in despair.
