Lord – I’m here
I’ve stopped for a while the ceaseless round
And knowing I’m standing on holy ground
I take my shoes from off my feet
I’m silent, listening – please come and meet
With me.
As I quietly sit in your presence this morning
I look at the sky – a new day dawning
And I’m freshly amazed that you left the glory above
To come to earth all because of your love
For me.
I’ve been very quiet listening to you
Have seen your glory, felt your love too
Now just before I move into my day
I want to speak to thank you and say
