God is not finished with me yet.
He has sent me a violent storm.
I’m all at sea.
Ready to quit.
Yet He has prepared a huge fish
For my rescue.
Eventually.
He sends a plant to comfort me
I am happy
Have hope.
Then God sends a worm to eat it
I grumble.
I’m fed up.
He then sends a hot wind
It gets me out of my comfort zone
I’m not happy
I’m annoyed.
The heat’s too much
I complain
I feel faint
I pray to die.
I wish I were dead!
“What right do you have to complain?”
Asks the Lord.
I rudely reply
“Every right to change my mind.”
“Then I can change my mind too”
Says God.
“I am concerned about so many
Especially the children
Dying.
I want them to hear my message
The message I asked you to give.
Will you do it?
Will you go?
Will you tell?
You choose.
What shall I do?
It depends on me.
Am I willing to do God’s will?
He leaves the choice to me.
